2022-04-05 13:11:48 +0000 UTCThat's not true, not all are in the same tier. True Lies is good, but not great like some are, so that's two tiers down. And Ted is 3 tiers from the top. Spaceballs might be in the same as True Lies; I'm surprised how much love it still gets, I just don't know how well it would work on a modern audience. (And if we're going with that style of humor, I'll go Airplane! or, even better, Naked Gun over Spaceballs. Top Secret! too, honestly.)

(Mostly REALLY good choices; The Big Lebowski would be my 2nd choice. After that it's a bunch of movies that are really good but all in the same tier. To me, those two are a cut above.)

2022-04-04 23:30:43 +0000 UTCIf "Galaxy Quest" wins, there will be some people who say you need to see "Star Trek" in order to appreciate it. Not so. You just need to be aware of the Comic Con / Fan Convention circuit and the existence of "Super Fans". With your embrace of the cosplay world, it looks like you're already aware of it. Go, "Galaxy Quest"! Pour it on! "True Lies" and "Clue" are my next two favorites.
