October's change-list: What worked and what didn't

(There's a TL;DR at the bottom)

So at the beginning of the month I said I was going to trial some things.
Some things worked, others did not.
Here's the full change-list:

Uploading the flash animations early

It was, unfortunately, a failure.
No one seemed to notice, and no one really let me know if they took advantage of it or not.
It also kind of took away from the $10 and made it kinda pointless to be a $10 or $5 patron if you still get early access as a $1.
One patron left me their fairly scathing opinion on this, and they had a point to be upset.

What am I going to do improve this?
Well, I'm going to try next month in November is something a little more different. I'm going to give everyone a chance to vote on one of the first two animations for them to get.

Bringing back the second place drawings

This was actually inconclusive this month.
I wasn't able to stream regularly because my laptop can't handle streaming well at all.
We're going to continue this into November too, along with streaming more.

Swapping the loyalty reward system for monthI'm goly requests for every tier

I... think this is working? There's only been two $1 patrons who have taken advantage of this currently, so I don't know if it's working or not.
Either way, I'm taking this into November for more testing too.

Okay, so what am I planning to take into November?

I'm continuing the swapped loyalty rewards, weekly streams, and weekly waifu second place winners.
But I'm also planning to start new things.

Starting next November I'm going to be making some changes that might make non-patrons upset, and that's creating more exclusive content.
Specifically I'm going to start making the birth segments in my animation patreon-exclusive.
Or, rather, I'm going to wait for what you guys think. If this is an unpopular move to you guys I'll abandon it.

TL;DR - What's happening next month:

• Uploading the flash animations early didn't work out the way I expected and it's being scrapped.
• I'm going to continue bringing the second-place winners for polls as drawings into November.
• I'm going to try to stream weekly, for more than 1 hour.
• I'm going to continue with the loyalty reward swapping.
• I'm thinking about making the birth portion of my interactive Patreon exclusive, but I need your input for this. Let me know if you think this is a welcome change, or if I'm being an asshole by doing this.
