October Drawing Poll 02 - Tough and Dependable

Instead of the Pokemon commission I was going to do later this month, that has instead been moved to November and a spooky Halloween animation is now in the plans for this October instead!
Voting for the character in that one will start next week, but I'm always looking for character suggestions so...
