Another Patreon tier edit is incoming. Let me know what you think!

I know, I know, this kind of post is annoying and it's alienating, but I want to address a few things that's been going through my mind and be fully transparent with them so I don't just shadow-change it and piss people off.

Firstly, here's why I'm doing this:
I'm trying to go in hard. I've always loved animation, and making these games for money is a god damn dream come true!
I'm so eternally grateful for the support you guys have already shown, but I want to try to make this an actual living I can rely on.
So, for that reason, I'm going to make the following changes.

Deckhand ($1) - I once offered monthly requests to this tier, and slowly over the months I've been offering less and less. Now it's a case where I need to make another small change here. Firstly every other patreon I've looked at has a $2 tier instead of a $1 tier.
It's starting to look like I'll need to do the same.
However, to offset this, I will be bringing the loyalty reward scheme back to 3 months from 6. If this change is accepted by you guys, I will offer everyone in this tier an immediate request and the loyalty reward timer will be reset.

Navigator ($5) - There's going to be a few changes here too. You'll get the 9th and 18th animation like usual, and you'll be able to vote on them too (on months I'm not doing a commission), however I am going propose a choice for you guys.
While I am eternally grateful for all the support, I can't keep up the requests for everyone in the navigator tier. There's simply too many of you and I don't want to give you an image that I'm unhappy with.
So here's the choice. You can either:
A) Keep the requests, but get one less animation.
or
B) Get an extra patreon-exclusive animation, but lose the requests. You'll instead be able to submit a character twice a month, and then I'll take the characters and put them into polls for the other patrons to vote on.

I want this to be fair on you guys, so please do let me know what you think. Let's come up to a balance together. If, at the end of the day, the split in opinions is too great, I will keep this tier the same.
Your loyalty rewards are not changing! They'll remain at 3 months.

Quartermaster ($10) - This is a relatively new tier added this month so I apologize for the lack of content. To make up for this, I'm going to start offering HTML5 files exclusively in this tier. These files will be the same deal as the flashes - they will release to the public the same time as the flashes, but you will get access to them early.

In addition, I'm also going to start doing programming "lessons" where once a month I'll type up a lesson in AS3/what I know of JavaScript, and how to animate in either Photoshop/Clip Studio Paint, and Adobe Animate with both Flash and HTML5 animations.

First Mate ($25) - Once a month, for the final animation, anyone in this tier will be able to suggest an Easter Egg of their choice to be added to the animation and, if you desire, a special thanks within the animation. (Maximum 3 per month)

You can also get a personalized version of the flash where they can refer to you by name, and if you desire they can reference specific features about you.
So, for example, Makoto could say "I really like what you did with your hair today, Thomas" or "Thank you for rubbing my belly Christopher".
This version would 100% be exclusive to you, and you will be the ONLY one with a link to the file.

As usual, if there is ANYTHING you disagree with here (or even agree with) please let me know! I want to make this as fair of a change for you guys as I can make it.
