Treasure: Brok's Jade Helm

The inspiration for this one? I'm literally in the middle of dying my hair green, waiting another 15 minutes or so before I rinse out the dye. :)
This is the 90th creation I've made for Treasure Tuesday, the day each week I make a free, unique, nonmagical treasure for DMs to drop into their games as loot or perhaps sidequest hooks.
