Point of Interest: Caster Club (a Club-vember creation)

This place originally appeared in my personal D&D setting, and getting in to find out what was inside was a goal of several players (none of them were playing wizards at the time).
I'm including it here because it really fits this month's theme and has not previously been posted for others to use.
