Spell: Metamorphasize Rock
Added 2024-11-03 22:01:41 +0000 UTCI was checking the Discord of Many Things (a homebrewing Discord server) and saw they have a new geology-themed prompt.
As a life-long science guy, I felt like I had to make something to fit the prompt, and this spell tumbled into my head, so I made it.
Comments
It could possibly do chalk, but not talc. Chalk is considered a type of rock, while talc is a mineral but not a rock. When it comes to rulings on what counts and what doesn't, you could do a quick Google search when a PC uses the spell. Not quite as effective as casting a 5th level Transmute Rock (which instantly turns a larger volume of rock into mud), but I'm certain there will be inventive uses for this.
