NPC: Arkon the Wolf

He owns and runs Arkon's Den.
Arkon was one of the NPCs I originally created for my personal Neverwinter Nights 24/7 server (The World of Aenea PW). He gave PCs a way to store all their excess gold and then access it from different towns.
For this iteration, I thought I'd give him some spellcasting. He uses my Telepathy sorcerous origin. The spells don't really make him much more dangerous in combat, but do add a lot for the storytelling side of things.
