Celebration of the Orc (an Orc-tober creation)

This is the 1st creation for Orc-tober, when I challenge myself to do an entire month of daily, orc-related homebrews.
This particular creation is inspired by the Oktoberfest activities going on this weekend in La Crosse, WI (just down the road from where I live).
