Monsters: Blood Cultists

This document contains four monster stat blocks for:
- a cult leader
- cult enforcers (who keep regular cultists in line)
- regular cultists (ordinary people, but mentally given over to the cult)
- a cult spy (who secretly works to protect the cult leader).
It was inspired by someone asking for blood cultists on a Discord server.
2022-09-08: Minor fix right away: wording for blood leech action, removed mention of "beams" left over from when I copied/pasted the eldritch blast formatting. Updated in the PDFs.
2022-09-11: Made some minor changes to fix a couple of knife damage errors, change type from human to all races, and adjusted a couple of CRs downward. Updated in the PDFs and the image linked to this entry.
