At the convention this year, I hosted/ran a little D&D homebrewing seminar on two of the three days. Besides talking about homebrews, sharing some things I've made, and giving feedback on attendees' homebrew and DMing ideas, I asked attendees to give me 3 keywords at a time to use as prompts and came up with homebrews right there.
This is the result of one of those creative moments, using the 3 prompts of ball, flubber, and psychedelic.
It's a ball of squishy, bouncy green stuff that gets people high when they touch it.
