Spell: Vessel Shield

I originally created this spell way back when I ran and played 2nd edition AD&D. I was in high school at the time, and this spell was written in a spiral-bound notebook during a boring study hall. I've still got the original spell pages of that notebook in a folder.
The spell was rewritten for 3rd edition, and I've now updated it for 5e. I figured it would be useful with the impending release of new Spelljammer content.
