The Opal Beacon of Lux (a Jewel-ly creation)
Added 2022-07-30 22:58:50 +0000 UTCIn times of dire need, it is said there is a legendary beacon that can be used to call for aid from creatures far and wide. Supposedly this beacon is an enormous jewel that would be the prize in any king's palace or dragon's lair.
You need to use certain strong types of magic (which give off light, even just for a moment) to activate the beacon, so someone simply tossing a torch at this giant jewel is not sufficient.
This was made for day 30 of Jewel-ly, an entire month of daily jewel/gem-themed homebrew creations.
