Spell: Moment of Peace
Added 2022-06-25 20:26:44 +0000 UTCAs a powerful spellcaster, you should be entitled to give yourself a break when you feel like it. With this spell, you can do just that.
It's like a version of time stop, but you get an entire hour to take a short rest. During this hour, you are extremely limited on what you are allowed to do, and you definitely can't go anywhere.
The goal of this is to allow the caster (and only the caster) to heal up using hit dice, maybe use Arcane Recovery if a wizard, and get back things like ki points or Second Wind uses if multiclassed. I personally would not add it to the warlock spell list because I think getting two 5th-level slots back on an "instant" short rest is too strong before 20th level.
I'm sure there are abuses that I haven't thought of off the top of my head, so any DMs that want to allow this into their games are free to alter it to eliminate any edge-case shenanigans.
