Gilnorn's Light of Vitality

This item was actually created after I drew the artwork for it.
DMs: Might be helpful on this one to have identify not fully function on this because the lantern might simply be a magical container for that glowing thing (an the magical glowing thing could be the source of the light and bad stuff.
I find it best to not have a simple 1st-level spell always be able to reveal everything about every magic item.
My thought on it were that it was not originally a lantern, but was made into one by a lucky, or unlucky, NPC.
