One is a storm of a thick hot white liquid kind by the futa giantesses but another is that when large enough, that the giantess is the weather themselves. When a giantess of this type is near, the sun is blotted out, temperature and humidity increase and huge amounts of pheromones are unleashed into the air. Related transformations occurred by those affected by the weather.
