Spell: Soft Bones (a Skull-ly creation)

Created for day 24 of Skull-ly.
I was originally going to make this a shorter-duration, lower level spell, but decided to just duplicate the power level of feeblemind (which also reduces two ability scores to 1). This one is just as debilitating to physical combatants as the other is to spellcasters.
