Hello!

So the Amiga was a bust...I mentioned in my update video that I wanted to record a video on that next but it's PSU is toast. It seems like most people just replace the guts to repair it and commodore doesn't have a great history with PSUs so I'm going to end up doing that too. Which meant I needed a backup video...

This is a video I've been wanting to make for a long time but reality just hasn't made it that easy to do and I decided it's time to just do what I can with it. This is a typewriter that I was after for years, I don't even remember when I first learned about it, but the idea of a Selectric clone was tantalizing to me. A reasonable listing for one finally came up last year and I was able to get hands on with one only to find...it was very dead. Since then not a single one has come up for sale and I decided that the story was more important than the actual demonstration. I've had this locked and loaded for a while so it actually worked out pretty well I think.
