Updated March 2021 with some minor changes (wording, possible domain spells).

I've been working on this one for a while for my world's god of weather and agriculture (Borzig), since I figured his clerics might prefer all types of weather, rather than just lightning and thunder. And yes, this is a day with two content posts (this and day 12 of Sept-umbra).
