Hello! Progress on the next video hasn't been amazing. I covered most of this in the video but have some more succinct thoughts that I didn't express well off the cuff.

I've basically not had internet at home for the last week due to issues on my ISP's side and my intended project I've been working towards for months of fully refurbishing the Xerox Memorywriter 645S fell on its face at the last possible step. The video wasn't completely about that particular device and more about the concept and I tried to swap it out for a *different* word processor/typewriter hybrid but that one gave me a new set of problems impeding progress. Frankly, even if I can get it solved and filmed today I don't think I will be happy with the video with my limited time for editing for a release this weekend so I'm going to have to delay it one more week I think. I should hopefully have parts to finish the Xerox in a few days and will attempt a deeper diagnosis on the IBM today and this weekend. It would be cool to have both going for the video but if I can only get one that will work.

I'm not happy about missing a video on even the more relaxed schedule I've been on, the last few weeks have been busier and more tumultuous than usual which really didn't help, but I've been meaning to come up with a solution to this so I can get out more videos and better make use of my time and this is a good kick in the butt to get that started. So I'm going to more seriously peruse getting editing help with stream recordings to make videos out of those for subjects that make sense. That should let me get out more videos while also giving me time to focus on longer projects without getting distracted in the middle, kind of the best of both worlds.
