Supporter Update - 2023-08-14
Added 2023-08-14 20:39:07 +0000 UTCHello! I thought I'd give another update with stuff because the server stuff I've been working on is finally over with after quite a lot of effort. Nearly all of the public facing sites I run are self hosted now and are working much better! It was a lot of work, but worth it.
And two addendums to keep in mind while watching this:
- I still have a year left on my lease
- The cat wanted out of the room, the cat never leaves the house

Thanks for sharing this! I wanted to take a look at nextcloud for a while, but it was something quite low on my todo list. I didn't know it reached this level of featureset, so this inspired me to try it. Then I ended up using your readmes to set up reverse proxy for my nas, what I didn't even know was possible, but exactly what I needed to get around my office's IT ban on both VPNs and dyndns. BTW, I also tried setting up fulltextsearch, but I gave up. the first index is just too painfully slow and memory hungry. It probably worth it only if you know what folders you need to index.
