Changing of Plans with Public Release and the Avatar World (Hopefully for the better)

Hello!! I‘ve been doing a lot of thinking recently about how I want to approach things because, well, I‘m frustrated with my own progress on the phonodroid world and I think shifting around things to ease the pressure off of it will end up better for me and everyone else. It’s no secret that the public release of the avatars was supposed to be months ago and I’ve had to keep putting it off because I wanted a cool world to go with it which is turning out to be a really, really hard task to do as a single person making something to the quality I was aiming for.

So whats the deal then? It’s something I’ve thought about before and I think it may be for the best if I get a simpler avatar world done now so I can get the public release out and stop putting it off to unknown times, and then I will have way less pressure on me to get the proper fully featured hangout world done and can make working on it a lot more pleasant of an experience.

This basic world will I want to try and have as a little taster for the full world if I can, but my main goal is to get it out faster so I can get the public release in peoples hands faster. It will have Patreon credits still though!

Also of note, I have a kinect and the stuff to set it up on the way very soon! This means I can finally (hopefully) fix the issues that remain in the full body tracking on the avatar now that I have a way to test stuff myself.

One last thing to anmounce: With the models going public soon I have plans to loosen up a bit on restricting Patrons to only uploading their avatars as private, I will make a post in the future with more information on this and what it will look like.
