Windows XP Media Center 20th Anv. - Gateway FMC-901X
Added 2022-10-28 21:24:46 +0000 UTCLast week I realized that the 20th anniversary of Windows XP Media Center Edition was coming up and I had just finished getting this computer mostly working on a stream. At least enough to know it could be usable. So I decided to buckle down immediately after releasing the last video and have pretty much not stopped working on it since. But now it's done!
I used Vista's Media Center a lot on a laptop I had around that time and actually really enjoyed it. I've always wanted to go back to XP's Media Center to give it a try since then. It is not what I expected the experience to be to say the least.
