I've been putting a lot of effort over the last couple of weeks into getting set up to be able to archive all of the media I got with the S-100 computers and I'm finally at a point where I can get started on everything! This video is mostly just giving an updated on my progress with figuring out what all I have, the workflows I've settled on, and how it works. I've got a TON of stuff to scan and it's probably going to take me months working on it off and on. Considering I've only had the computers for 2 weeks now I'm actually pretty pleased with this progress.
I'm still trying to figure out how to best publish the floppy stuff, emulators for this era aren't well defined and I'm not even sure everything here can be emulated (I don't think there is an 8086 S-100 emulator at all). So figuring out final disk images is going to be a challenge. But the benefit of archiving as flux data like I'm doing here is that in the future whatever disk formats will work can be derived from these as an ultimate source which is pretty cool.
