Small Update
Added 2020-01-24 23:11:47 +0000 UTCI just wanted to drop in and say I'm not sure if I'll have a video this weekend. I've been struggling with fulfilling ATX2PCjr orders and trying to get some car troubles resolved while working on a project for a video. I've got a lot of work done to the point where I'm pretty much ready to shoot. I just haven't had the time yet.
So there will be a video soon. It's going to be on different ways to get data onto and off of older DOS computers. I had someone ask me about DOS networking and I need to backup the OS install on the Dauphin DTR-1 I was sent and that seems like the perfect mix for a video. So I'll be detailing that process and going over ways I'm not going to use that would let you do the same thing.

Worry not.

2020-01-28 07:54:58 +0000 UTCMy plan for the video is to make it an introduction to getting files onto and off of a PC running newer DOS for beginners. So I'll cover things like a USB 1.44MB drive for new PCs, backpack CD drives, SD/CF to IDE adapters. I'll mention goteks, but I don't own one. But I want to focus more on networking using mTCP and ethernet packet drivers more specifically. And I want to cover interlink as a useful in between option. I'm going to mention laplink but not use. I thought laplink was still being licensed but I just saw that it is on WinWorld so I'm not sure now. Interlnk is the lowest common denomenator since it will be included in some DOS releases.
