Monastic Tradition: Way of the Elemental Soul

I completely redesigned and rewrote this subclass in March 2021, trading out the old PHB-style ki-powered spellcasting abilities for limited spell slots and single-element spell lists.
The monk can change their chosen element each day (getting access to different spells and subclass features).
Sept. 11, 2021: Fixed a couple of typos, set this post to free for everyone, and uploaded zip file with spells that might not otherwise be free for non-patrons but are used by this subclass.
