What games should I play on my break?

Comments

I'll bump this. Death Stranding is goofy, but nails alot of the vibes I think Austin would appreciate.

There's an indie game called Easy Delivery Co. that makes me think of Austin every time I play it.

Funny to see Shenmue on this list bc I was thinking the other day while watching some of your videos, “man I bet Shenmue would be right up his alley”. Thank you for the great content!

Giants: citizen Kabuto is pretty great. And the skyboxes

Not an option but Myth the fallen lords would be fucking epic. or might and magic for blood and honor

I would love KCD content. BG3 would be fun as well!

I hadn’t tried KCD until after voting in this but now I have to rescind everything but now that I’ve played it I am so glad to hear it’s on the top of your priority list. It’s so immersive and unique I love it to death.

As an apologist for the series, I think Assassin's Creed could offer a lot of great content. I think many of them unfortunately might require a lot of playtime to access the whole map/beat the game/etc - but I don't know your workflow. I'd recommend AC Odyssey for the best modern AC game - but AC 2 and Brotherhood are definitely some other community favorites <3

HITMAN PLEASE Austin, I was so happy when I saw it in this list, I couldn’t stop thinking about your videos while I was playing recently! You’ve given me a whole new appreciation for the virtual worlds around me. ❤️

People who love Death Stranding 1 & 2 *really* love Death Stranding, and I think that would translate well to your specific detail oriented video style. That's to say, I think there would be great topics to dive into with the games' extensive lore and the audience would super appreciate it. I also voted for the Horizon games for similar reasons, there's a lot of meat on the bone there.
