Meet Ms. Chen.
Added 2024-02-17 06:12:09 +0000 UTCMs. Chen is the new landlady. After she lost her job she needed some extra funds to tide her over, so she'll be accepting a new renter. But this renter has a magic book of trantric rituals, and soon Ms. Chen will be discovering that her life is changing. I've blocked out the book, which is going to be part of a series, focusing on various people who find the rituals and use them. I'm not certain if I'm going to go full prose or include illustrations in it.
Just as a note, this is a first generation, so it's not as crisp as the final products would be.

Maybe, although I'll probably redo them first, because the writing, looking at it now, has some very cringy errors in it.
