Hacked Discord Update

I’m not very tech-savvy so this may be slow going. I apologize in advance for the trouble :( If you have any advice, I’d leave to hear it!! I did already change my password, but now i can’t log back in so… I’ll deal with that first!
UPDATE:
The hack has been dealt with, but it unfriended and blocked everybody on my Discord. I unblocked everyone, but I can’t access our messages to delete that link. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK THAT WAS SENT FROM MY ACCOUNT VIA DISCORD!!! Also if you can re-friend me on Discord, I would really appreciate it 😭
