IMPORTANT UPDATE. It turns out is is not the Fegerty guy, or at least is may not be. I messaged him directly and got this response back: "fegerty Hello Brizy. The YouTube channel is not mine. If I appear in the list of pages to check out it is not due to any action on my part. Have you considered trying to report the channel to YouTube? While I wish you luck getting your private videos hidden again, I am not sure how I could help. Nor would I. You are not a person I would ever choose to interact with in light of your past conduct, so even if I were inclined to work for free as some kind of investigator for any random internet stranger, it certainly wouldn’t be for you." I have no clue what he means by "past conduct". Does anyone else?

Thanks for the heads-up, guys. I just messaged his Tumblr telling him to remove my video links from his playlists. We'll see what comes of it. It may be him and it may not. The thief's page lists several Tumblrs on his "About" page. It reads: "Check out these incredible Tumblr pages: here2hypnotize.tumblr.com fegerty.tumblr.com deeplyasleep.tumblr.com hotudla.tumblr.com" Which would explain why a search takes you directly to his YouTube channel.
