In the past it's been worn by Tussel, Xani, Miss Lilly, God Queen Empress Daktcha, Choocha, and Dr Abyssal.
This year probably has the most options, despite me leaving out Nori's mom, Grace, her high school friend, Santa Monica Ontario, and Opal, the girl she was failing to hit on. If Nori wins I could easily add one of them in. Feel free to leave comments.
