Patreon Payment Issues
Added 2018-08-02 14:48:43 +0000 UTCUPDATE: It would seem that Patreon's changed the company they're using to bill patrons. Allegedly, this new company operates out of the UK and this may cause an issue with your bank marking any charges from them as fraudulent. Talking to your bank or retrying a payment apparently should fix the issue. Some correspondence on Patreon's behalf would have been swell. If this creates complications for anyone this month, you guys know you can always message me, I respond to everybody about everything anyway! I'll make sure you don't miss a thing.
So apparently this is a thing.
Content creators on Patreon are having issues and patron accounts are declining in bulk right now.
Evidently it's not your faults, but we're still waiting to see what Patreon does about this and what the fix is!
Hopefully they don't take too long as a lot of us rely on Patreon as part of our livelihood. If this makes it difficult for anyone of you awesome people to see anything I'm trying to share with you, feel free to contact me. I still plan on sharing the June/July image collection with anyone who was a patron during that time, even if your status is showing declined.
Let's hope for a speedy resolution :P

It's pretty frustrating :( I'm lucky that you guys are all pretty awesome at dealing with these things as they come up

2018-08-02 17:13:07 +0000 UTCFrom what i've heard, patreon moved their business to the UK, and now that all the charges are coming from overseas, banks are declining due to potential fraud. None of my pledges went thru yesterday, and this morning I got a call from my bank's loss prevention department. After I verified/authorized everything, I tried to resend my pledges and everything processed as normal
