Happy Halloween! Uh... belated Halloween... Yup, I'm still not finished my Halloween workload, and I hate being behind schedule! Such is life I guess.
Anyway, it's a new month! And a new week for that matter. That means new raffles and new... news! Look forward to that later tonight as I finish up some of last week's workload, including the poll-winning Nileya Halloween illustrations. Well.. that last one might be done tomorrow, but you know... lots of stuff to look forward to!
This collaboration, by the way, was brought to you by Matt Harris. Thank you, Matt, for the awesome Halloween idea and for sharing your OC Mira with us!
Miraluca Lorelei, or Mira as she is known to the other adventurers from the distant realm of Eorzea, was at a loss for words at her current predicament. All around her, children in costumes traveled in small parties, moving from dwelling to dwelling collecting treats of all sorts. The suburban cul-de-sac was lively with the energy of young treasure hunters. The night air is chilly, however, and the tall and lithe Elezen was feeling exposed in her mini-skirt and in a rather revealing top.
"Of course", Mira thought to herself. "Tonight is the evening of the All Saint's Wake! Somehow, amidst the magic of this auspicious event, reality must have distorted and transported me to this strange land..."
Watching as the children cavorted gleefully with their closest friends, Mira longed for her own allies. "I must return to my party," she said aloud to herself.
"A party, huh...? I know where there's a good party going on right now...", proclaimed an approaching stranger, eyeing the scantily-clad Elezen girl as would a lioness sizing up her prey...
Startled, the other-worldly adventurer is distracted from her own train of thought by this caramel-skinned and raven-haired vision in tight leather... "It would be a shame", Mira thought to herself, "to travel to another world without tasting its bounties"...
