That was crazy, not only were the stories very spooky but...it seems like some of those might be important again in the future!!! And just why on earth does Shisui look familiar?! Also what the heck is going on with the ghost story lady?! I have so many theories!!!! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

You have no idea how much you are killing my funny bone with the frog references today. 🐸. I will say this - PLEASE catch up and respond to comments on this series BEFORE you film next week’s episodes - or you’ll ruin part of the fun. 🐸. Hey everyone in the comments section, you all heard her… she wanted us to focus on the frog! 🐸. Now as far as the episode itself goes, Hongniang hiring people from her hometown is both smart and practical - unlike Lishu’s court, we have ample evidence that Gyokuyou’s ladies-in-waiting definitely have her best interests in mind. 🐸. However, trying yo explain Maomao to a new person? 🐸? To quote Nora Valkyrie: “good luck with that!” 🐸! The ghost stories are obviously all references but just like the show, you have to decipher the truth from the fiction. 🐸. Maomao’s explanation shows just how wound up so called “myths” and “legends” occur from the actual truth. 🐸. Here’s another thing: if the court lady who organized this event died, then who was the new organizer - and why was she trying to kill young girls? 🐸. “I was so close…” 🐸. What did that mean? 🐸? And then they… vanished… almost like a ghost! 🐸. To use another famous Nora quote after this episode: “I don’t know if I understand everything, or if I have like, a million questions!” 🐸. Yes, I left out certain things in this episode on purpose, because I know too much already. 🐸. I will however, say this: the 🐸 you think you are looking for is not the one we are. 👀🤣🐸. 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸.

2025-10-02 20:21:04 +0000 UTCIf i remember correctly, the next isn't really THE frog episode, but as a lil spoiler, it's a double episode, so that will start it. In any case, yes the frog is a big thing, or rather large, the only thing i could say is that when you will rewatch your reaction, knowing what the frog mean, you might react otherwise lol. About the story, yes it is implied that the court lady that was running this "ghost story" sceance was the one that birthed the lost princess, but once again, I recall you that the lost princess is older than the current emperor, while Suirei or even Shisui, are more around the age of Maomao and Jinshi, so even if your theory is interesting, there some quack in it ^^'. I won't say much, but I want to say thing so badly lol. I will just end by saying that even if Maomao/Jinshi is the main ship, Maomao/Shisui is another ship that sail well for the fan of the show (and I'm on it).
