Orb: On the Movements of the Earth 1x24 "Thaumazein" - reaction & review

Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to episode 24 of Orb!! WHAT?!?!!?!?! What on earth is Rafal doing here?! Grown up Rafal?!!?!? Lol, just when you can't think things can't take a major twist, here he is!!! Only it's not him....so no clue what that means, but wow, this was kind of a beautiful ep in terms of the subject matter! I hope Albert can rediscover his love for learning and astronomy! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Hahah well hopefully it benefits some humans here on Patreon?! Yeah, Rafal but not Rafal is the best I can come up with too. Ohhhhh that's so funny, how are you enjoying Black Butler? I read it for a long time. Do you hear Jotaro whenever you hear Sebastian lol? Stoooppp Anya is everywhere!! Very interesting to have it shift to real life Poland at this point. Melancholy is a good way to describe it. She saw the sunrise instead of the stars!

Right?! Like that's exactly where I was at!!! Wasn't it nice to see some positivity?! Lol! Like we've earned it :P

🤯 Thats so Rafal. The notes can’t tell me otherwise and why do that? 31:09 that’s how he died. Even if that isn’t him—it’s totally Rafal. I don’t care how can it not be? I mean it would make more sense that that isn’t actually him BUT THATS HIM! 😱🫨🫠 This was a very hopeful and uplifting episode for the most part. I like seeing young Albert getting excited about this stuff but the finale is likely going to the usual low place we are very familiar with anime 😓

What I can say here will probably be fairly brief because Episode 25 likes to drop a ton of stuff on you. But anyway, I know you want to know what’s going on here, but does your knowledge of it benefit humanity? Just had to get that in there… :P You’re not going crazy, that’s Rafal - and it looks like he’s older. But as someone said, it’s not the same Rafal - unfortunately the show isn’t too good at distinguishing this so it threw most everyone for a loop. (Also, I am watching Black Butler currently, so it’s hard not to hear Ciel every time he talks.) Oh, speaking of voices: the VA doing the child version of Albert is none other than Anya/Frieren’s seiyuu. By the time you read this episode 25 will probably be posted, so I’ll just reiterate, that the anime designated the “Kingdom of P” for Episodes 1 to 23, and after the switch over to Albert it identified the same timeline, but called the place “Poland.” As for Draka’s ending, I believe the word you want is melancholy. It did occur to me, that just about every character who meets their end in this show to date looks up at the stars or sky, when they do so. If they’re not killed brutally, that is. So Draka is the only one who didn’t see the stars at her passing. Interpret that how you will. I think that’s all I can share without saying too much about the last episode but you’re right about one thing - the show is confusing as heck right now, even if you understand part of it. 😂
