Added 2025-07-01 13:42:54 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to episode 5 of season 3 of Dr. Stone! Wow, I've gotta say, Ryusui is far from a spoiled or entitled rich kid!!! He might be greedy, but he's totally ready to act on that greed and work hard lol. In today's world I suppose we'd call that being ambitious or entrepreneurial! The new ship is so cool!!! And of course all our crew who was called on are ready and willing to set sail - except for Ginro lol, who totally got a goofy version of the Narancia treatment LOL!!! Can't wait for more! Oh nice! WOW, so I'm one season away from finding out all the answers, whoa! Ryusui's brand of greed is definitely not the kind we think of when we use the word! Oh yeah, she had me so worried she was dying or something! Taiju is just the person you'd want for that lol! Love that we're including a side story about the founders before heading off! It's true that the prisoners should probably stay close to us! Hahahah Ginro's version was a bit shadier :P Omg Kohaku will never be anything more than a blur on film!

2025-07-02 14:49:36 +0000 UTCSo just a clarifying point here - the manga is indeed finished, and the current season is the final one, albeit it’s going to be a while before it finishes (3 cours). Ryusui’s definitely greedy, but his greed is a bit different than the normal context of the word - it seems like unlike a lot of people, when he decides he wants something, he does everything in his power to acquire it himself. Most people just see a desire someone else has, but he doesn’t seem to be the same brand of selfish. As Francois said, “he doesn’t seem self-indulgent to me.” Minami is being a bit too dramatic with the whole “I only have a year” thing - I am pretty sure that she thought this was going to be permanent, but have you met Senku? Building a ship is pretty complicated, so I won’t ask how they got all the tools - this isn’t that kind of show - but watching Taiju move the 48x sized pictogram was a bit of a riot. XD So it seems preparations are finally complete, but we aren’t headed across the world yet. Senku needed something from his dad’s spaceship… apparently it’s super important? Also, taking Hyoga and his friend with them might be a good idea… or a Pandora’s box. Right now the odds are about 50-50. I knew you were going to mention Narancia when Ginro started swimming after the ship, I know you too well. But uh, Ginro is a bit… less honorable? Some guys just want the girl’s attention, but boy, that one backfired in a hurry. 😂 One thing is for sure: Kohaku is so fast that Minami will never be able to capture her on film. XD
