The whole opening sequence with Oczy's dream was really interesting; maybe he was after a bit more than hope after all? Freedom has really been at the core of everything we've been dealing with on this show in a way. But wow guys, I'm so not here for the torture!!! And to think Badeni didn't even get away!!!! Nowak had a brief moment of questioning I think?? And omg, what do you think Badeni really did with the research?! It'd be crazy if it was all with Jolenta!!! Guess we'll find out! Enjoy! ~ MH

Don't you dare CHI me!!! Lol!!! Maybe I should change my channel name to Cleopatra :P AoT and JJK had the same vibes as this for sure! Such a good point about the battle between these two. I'd heard the Tower of Babel thing from someone else as well! Nowak using Oczy against Badeni is cruel but efficient. Uggghh these next few are rough!!!

2025-05-25 17:04:12 +0000 UTCHey look everyone, “Cleopatra” made another appearance and is now writing her own Orb fanfic on camera. 😁 “I want to watch this and I don’t…” - AoT and JJK on line 2 for you, by the way. 😉 Okay, okay. The fight between Nowak and Oczy is more of a test of wills than a physical battle, as I think each one is trying to measure the resolve of the other. The fact that Oczy put Nowak on the ropes with a sword piercing his arm causes Nowak to start questioning things, albeit briefly. In other words, Oczy doesn’t strike him as a lunatic. The dream sequence is taking place on a tower, and since there is a ton of religious and faith based ideology in this series, I have to think it’s a reference to the Tower of Babil (the short explanation is man tried to build a tower that reached heaven, and as a result, the languages of the world were scrambled.) In this case, Oczy is told he desperately wants something but doesn’t believe it can ever truly be his. Later it was revealed to be freedom, which is kind of an all encompassing concept - what sort of freedom? Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual? All of them? Nowak is doing the psychological torture by hurting Oczy to get Badeni to talk - this trope has been used in numerous occasions where hurting a comrade is more effective. Given the flashback we see between the two of them, I’m not sure how effective Nowak will be with this, but he sure seems to be convinced Badeni is hiding something… even from Oczy. Your contract states no episode skipping, but I’ll just tell you that what you think you’re seeing is probably not quite what you’re interpreting it as. There there. See you next… CHI. 👀
