Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to episode 12 of Orb!! WOW you guys!!! Like dang! The whole exchange between Badeni and Oczy was beautiful! Who knew Oczy was so deep! And WOW, the prayer just had me so emotional!!! This really felt like a farewell :( And WHOA, I said it as soon as we met Oczy, who would win in a battle between him and Nowak?! I guess we'll find out! Enjoy! ~ MH

That's the thing, like even if he doesn't agree he's actually open to the discussion! That's the thing!! Like of course he'd want everything preserved in his work but also, this is how things/concepts evolve and progress and get better too. That's so true, the resolve and faith involved in taking this this far is immense! The prayer was SO sweet, what a great moment! It really was meaningful! Oczy was a total boss in the fight! Uggghh I hear you, I've been watching with my stomach in knots too! LOL that one guy's death was just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

LOL!!!!!!!! That gif would fit so well :P Just call me Cleopatra I guess! HAHHAHA omg Nanami was totally "just an office guy" too!!! I love the influence they've had on each other. (It's super weird that it's Bruno and Diavolo haha) It is similar to what Rafal said. What happened to that last grunt was just unreal lol! Ahhhh I guess I've gotta take this one for all you Grimms out there!!!

I guess it should be expected for Badeni to still stick to his principles. I see him hearing out Ozcy’s words as a logical means. I think he was taking everything into consideration. Still, in the conversation you can feel even though Badeni says he disagrees, he’s taking them seriously. And for Ozcy to hold his stance against someone so sure as Badeni really makes me tear up. I definitely understand Badeni not wanting to taint his work. After all the man always seems to sure of himself. However, I do hope this dialogue means eventual change in that department later. If that astronomy course has taught me anything, it’s no one person could have predicted or figured out what we know to be true today without passing the torch. Many people like Badeni had the right idea in their hands. Yet somethings still were off. Example the person who said “hey maybe planets don’t move in a perfect circle, let’s try an ellipse” BOOM 💥 🤯 And everything else already established made even better sense. Just these small findings that took their time for people to reach made such a difference down the line. It did take a fresh pair of eyes to see merit and still be able to question some holes that needed to be filled or re-examined. And that’s still true today. So here’s hoping Ozcy inspired Badeni as much as he did Ozcy. 23:30 How I interpreted this was Ozcy is still living with this early worldview of heavy religious influence. Something about his journey, though may be unclear in some ways, has made him feel so alive. If this means eternal damnation after— I mean, sacrificing himself for this unsure but seemingly promising prospect, that takes tremendous resolve and faith. For people like him, who look forward to the day in heaven, it’s such a huge risk especially with religion politics driven into his head for most of his life. We know the discovered truth turned out to be a wonderful thing but for them this is the precipice. So Badeni saying a prayer for him as he’s going against everything he’s known to be true really is moving. He knows Ozcy is a good man that’s ready to die for his faith. Man Ozcy was so amazing against those guys. Granted they were newbies but all those firearms against one person is no joke. I totally forgot he was experienced in this because he’s just such a sweet teddy bear. 🧸 I’m glad I watched this episode but I was queasy before we even started. I might hold off on the next because if this is where we left off then there’s nowhere else to go but through Nowak. I am so dreading whatever this next one has in store 😭 Lol man that had to be the saddest but funniest death ever. I can’t even talk it up. What a klutz🤭

Quick sidebar to Leonie: when you edit this episode, might I suggest pulling and using the “Homer Simpson backing into the bushes” GIF at multiple points. ;) “Everything is fine, everything is going to turn out exactly right!” Hi Cleopatra, are you in de Nile again? :) I suppose the best way to describe this episode is everything really depends on your point of view and perspective. Badeni is all about being the guy who proves everything. Oczy is all about looking for something he can genuinely believe in, and Nowak just knows that his work life and personal life have become intertwined without his knowledge. By the way, when you said Nowak was an office guy, wasn’t there another character this voice actor plays who was a stickler about… overtime? 😉 Also what was the VA link you were talking about earlier, or did I just get it? I would say Oczy and Badeni have developed a lot more because they’ve been around each other as opposed to working by themselves, even though they don’t realize it. Oczy is more willing to speak out, and Badeni’s more willing to entertain other opinions and at least address his thoughts on the matter. (When you realize it’s Diavolo and Bruno though doesn’t it kinda weird you out?) Oczy saying that heliocentrism is his faith feels kind of like the same thing Rafal announced doesn’t it? Meanwhile, Nowak is on the warpath and he got a little… emotional… but he also came with some of the Church’s… best… you know what, even I can’t defend what happened to that last grunt. 👀 Your contract says you don’t get to skip episodes because you know we like to pay to be reaction video Grimm. So, sorry, your request has been heard, and denied. 😎
