Patreon Changes (and TLO WIP)

Still picking away at this painting, because I'm a maniac who added a bunch of patterned items.
At this stage I have another new update: I've been offered to continue my job at Animal Logic doing concept art until the end of the year. I'd be crazy not to take this offer, so I've had to do some thinking about how Patreon will work.
What I've decided is:
- Higher tiers ($10+) will be removed. These have rewards I don't think I can fulfill while working this much. If you're a patron at these tiers I want to thank you for your amazing support until now, and it's totally up to you if you continue supporting at that level or drop down to another tier.
- $5 tier will still get rewards like brushes, PSDs and occasional videos. Hopefully I can actually teach some of the stuff I'm learning at work, too. Weekly streams and the Discord community will continue on the way they have been.
- The Loyal Ones is still a super important project to me, and will continue with paintings, world dev posts and thrall egg drops for everyone in the Patreon.
You've all been fantastic to me since I started this Patreon, and I'd love if you could stick around more. If not, thanks for everything <3
