I can't believe they're burning down the village :((( And after we know how much went into starting it and keeping it going! But dang, I am SO pumped for Senku's idea! He's legit being so strategic without needing to harm anyone at all possibly. And how brilliant that Taiju's insistence about phones would play a role here lol!! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

2025-02-11 11:07:15 +0000 UTCSo I'm probably gonna leave OBS as it is if everyone can still read the subs...there's not much cut off and you wouldn't believe how much it took just to get it working :P Tsukasa does have some points, that's what makes him an interesting villain. Exactly....like it's great to have that goal, but you're not thinking of the bigger picture. Oh Tsukasa didn't order the village to be burned down? I thought he did. I love how Kohaku looks out for Suika! I was so scared for her here! Hyoga is super cold. LOL Taiju and the cell phones, who knew the influence he was having on the overall plot! Hahaha brb, my fish is ringing!

That's so true, now that he's made so many other things, this process should go a bit faster!! AHHH Suika!!! I was so scared! That's the thing, there's some good in the root of Tsukasa's theories, it's just not something that works on a large scale like you said. Hahahah Hyuga!! I suppose he is easy on the eyes! Yeah so much for having pure hearts! For real, here Tsukasa is talking about peace and not bringing about war and he does this?!?! It's crazy!!!

2024-12-18 09:02:08 +0000 UTCA couple of technical aspects to get to prior to content commenting: I imagine you filmed this the same as Kamen Rider this week, you can see the subs just barely, but I can definitely tell the OBS alignment is a little too low on this show as well. There is indeed a final large season of Dr. Stone on the way. In fact, it’s starting to air next month. Tsukasa makes a lot of valid points in his argument. Nothing he says is really anything the modern world could argue against. There is too much of a class hierarchy, and while most of us are struggling desperately just to get by, there’s a select few who don’t have a care in the world or a single thought that hold most of the power. I thought about this more after the episode, but I think Tsukasa’s biggest problem isn’t his ideal: it’s more shortsightedness. See, just as Senku is always focusing on the positive aspects of science and what it can provide, Tsukasa is only focused on the negative aspects of it - what could happen in the wrong hands, how it could fall apart again, etc. It should be noted that Hyoga’s attack on the village had nothing to do with any orders he had received, his cronies lit the village on fire on their own accord. Also once the big lugs said they were going after a kid, you KNEW Suika was going to get involved in this mess somehow. Psst, I’m pretty sure Kohaku is kind of a surrogate mother to her the way she’s always like “don’t be reckless,” “don’t do that again,” and she’s constantly having to get her out of danger. Hyoga is smart but he’s also pretty cold - he used his own allied as test subjects just so he and his assistant could escape. That’s a little bit dark. As for the village - they’re just buildings. The people are far more important, the houses can be fixed with time. Oh, speaking of time, guess it’s time to introduce cell phones - and everyone’s agag about the idea. Wonder what Taiju will think about this? 🤭 No Magma, cell phones are not a type of fish. If that’s the case then I’m using a mackerel to write this. 👀

2024-12-12 03:42:53 +0000 UTCHi Melissa, I loved the episode, but I've loved every single one. I'm super excited that Taiju and Yuzuriha will be coming back. Finally! I'm curious what they've been up to...😉 I'm fairly certain that what he's actually going to make will be more of a short-range walkie-talkie. His little "presentation" alluded to that as well. He's calling it other things but those are impossible with his current resources and of course, he knows that. I agree with another user that making the antibiotic took a very long time (half a year), but since he's already done some of the steps needed, it might be possible to make the communication device more quickly. Suika darting off and sacrificing herself ... oh my heart. I was so scared for her. I'm glad she came through it. I can't completely disagree with Tsukasa's mindset but it's impossibly idealistic. The world just doesn't work that way on a large scale. Senku won't use anything that will kill anyone. He's too kind, which could end up being a downfall for him but is something I dearly love about him. Hyuga is ruthless and awful but also so hot🥵🤭. That he and Homura were willing to obliterate an innocent village speaks volumes about their "pure" character. Tsukasa clearly chose wrong if he was going for "purity of spirit." I was sympathetic Tsukasa's reasoning until he was willing to sacrifice an innocent village just so Senku couldn't get to it. It belies his supposedly "pure" motives.
