The Legend of Vox Machina 3x10 "To the Ends of the World" - reaction & review
Added 2024-11-21 13:44:33 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to season 3 ep 10 of Vox Machina!!! Oh dang you guys, we're all splintered now! I know we'll come back together stronger than ever though. Vex and Vax are gonna finish the job with Ripley, Pike and Grog are trying to revive Scanlan, and Kiki is out here kicking butt and taking names!!! I know she can do it - if anyone can summon this powerful ritual, it's her!!! Can't wait to see more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Ugh, breaking up that ship this soon makes me sad! That's true, Key'leth went along for a while too. I hope this Kaylie thing works! Lol so that speech was a re-roll? Nice! I don't blame Vex a bit for wanting to get even, but yeah, too bad the whole thing was a trap! LOL I could see the Pirates vibes! The last time we saw Grog?? Hmm, I need to go back and look!

2024-11-25 20:05:56 +0000 UTCIt is right! Yeah that was a big reveal, and there's for sure two sides to consider when it comes to Key'leth's proposal. Waiting it out could work but could also result in most everything/where getting destroyed too, it's tough. I know, I really believe in her but it's scary!

2024-11-25 20:05:18 +0000 UTCMan everyone splitting up hurts but it’s understandable. A huge battle and then the twist with Raishan would cause tension. Interesting that the Ashiri were the ones to curse Raishan. I do see where Keyeleth is coming from but I also understand where that Uvenda council woman was coming from as well. She didn’t seem like she was coming from a negative place just wary. Waiting it out would be smart and could prove affective but waiting still gives time and could also prove useless. It’s a bold choice to rush a process like Keyelth is doing but we’ll see.

2024-11-25 12:55:12 +0000 UTCI like what they did here with this making a rift in the group, it didn’t happen in the campaign. The whole thing with Grog not moving and Allura’s “I’m her ride” are absolutely hilarious! The Ashari being the ones to curse Raishan is really interesting, I didn’t remember that at all. The twins going after Ripley is really cool. And Keyleth’s learning a dangerous power. Really hard to go into my full thoughts on everything here until next time lol. And then we wait till whatever they have next.

2024-11-22 04:21:50 +0000 UTCNow that we’ve completely torpedoes one ship between players and an NPC ship that’s not enough - we’re also going to cut Vax and Keyleth apart as well. Oh, before I forget, Vax is connected to the Matron of Ravens. Keyleth has every right to be upset because nobody listened to her warnings - but you know, she’s also being a bit hypocritical too, because she also went along with it for a while. As for Scanlan he’s in a coma but Pike decides to go try and convince Kaylie that she might give him a reason to wake up. As for how that relationship is going? Glug Glug Glug…. Keyleth seems to have come into her own a little lately since she almost took no for an answer from the Ashari council, but stopped and gave a second speech. Sometimes a reroll is all you really need. But as for this ritual itself - uh… I’m thinking there might be a reason that those statues look like that…. Vex was never not going to go after Ripley after what she did - but Vax insists on going with her. You know while killing her wont bring him back, some judgments are merited to be doled out. Of course they’d walk right into the middle of an ambush though. Anyone else getting Pirates of the Caribbean vibes over here, or is it just me? 👀 Also, in closing I do need you to think real hard about the last time we saw Grog… 😅
