I was so sad to see everything going so far away from our crew's plan....but DANG was it upsetting to see Chrome getting beaten down! It just made his comeback even more sweet! Changing the lenses and starting a fire, now there's a science move! And Gen showed up to help out, what a real one! Watching Chrome win just touched my heart in every single way!!!!! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Yeah that's the thing, it's genius that it came down to Chrome and Magma! No one is quite at Senku's level but Chrome can hold his own for sure! Gen is going really far for that cola and I love it! Ahhhh that analogy actually works about the comments haha! I mean if it's all people on our team fighting, we've got this in the bag no matter what! LOL that's one way to put it!

That was a crazy move for Chrome to pull off, right?! The Ginro stuff was amazing hahaha! The noises were really something :P UGH Kohaku hugging Suika was sooooo wholesome! Yay, so happy Ruri is gonna be ok! I can't wait to learn more too!

LOL knock-off All Might, omg!! Chrome would def be the protagonist if not for Senku! Yeah no matter how you slice it, we've pretty much got the tournament locked up! OOOHHHH so that's what you meant!!! Sneaky!!! I really do miss that first OP/ED!!! But I'm liking these ones too!!!

Oh I didn't even think of it as being a spoiler, sorry! I just knew that some people really liked him, so he must get better at some point...but yeah, I just can't picture it rn! Chrome was SOOO amazing!!! Oh yeah, he scored some big points alright!!!!

I was a denier and squinter. 😑 Lol, I'm really enjoying Ginro so far. He's becoming one of my favorites. It's awesome to see Gen come back in this one. He played a pivotal role in it, and I wonder what news he brings. Also, I don't know about Magma. That's a huge spoiler bc if the moment does come, I'm wondering how it'll combat all this nastiness. I just can't see myself rooting for him at all at this point.

2024-11-22 13:24:26 +0000 UTCConsidering we are a little over halfway through Season 1 (total of 24 episodes) - it shouldn’t be a big surprise that we have a new opening and ending theme. But did you remember to a) get the first one off iTunes and b) set it as your wake up sound? You do learn just exactly how skimpy Magma and Mantle are in their scheming in this episode - first using Suika as leverage to get Kohaku off the board and then breaking Suika’s helmet when Kinro’s back has turned. But you know, it’s well set up - you can’t have a tournament arc without a heel to boo off the stage right? I think Ginro may have just taken the Stone Age equivalent of downing a whole Starbucks - and the thing is he probably doesn’t realize it… hey now that you mention it this voice actor is currently working on two characters who are having uh… stomach issues. For vastly different reasons though. 😅 I mean, the way anime is set up this was never not going to be about Chrome and Magma, was it? If you’re that serious a few bruises aren’t going to stop you - more importantly though it does show that Senku is not the only one who can come up with a plan on the fly - Chrome isn’t quite at Senku’s level of intelligence but he’s no dummy either. Gotta love Gen just coming back from the dead and casting a curse. He’s really trying to get that bottle of cola. As a matter of fact I had a pretty funny thought when all this happened - so Melissa is all of the villagers - and Senku, Chrome, and Gin is her comment section just trying to string her along just enough without giving away all the surprises. 😁 As for the way this works from here is that Ginro and Senku mist battle and the winner will fight Chrome for the title and Ruri. Since Kohaku can’t win, there’s no chance the bout will be reset. As for Magma and his shenanigans, I guess you could say they were… thoroughly doused? 👀

The second opening was my favorite opening for Dr. Stone for a long time, until it was topped by an opening from season 3. But I think you'll get used to this new song very quickly and learn to love it. Of course, the first opening was mostly iconic, but the second opening definitely evoked feelings of nostalgia for me. The ending is just as sweet. It has a really unique art style and also a lot of little easter eggs that you probably won't realize until later. After watching up to season 3, I notice so many things that become relevant later on, but of course you don't understand if you haven't watched the rest. Magma's dirty trick to take down Kinro was tough to watch, I'm surprised Senku didn't see through that little act. Good thing Chrome with his tenacity and Gen's masterful mentalist abilities managed to one up him though. pretty hard to grasp on the Physics of this concave/convex lens in all honesty though I've to say, Managing to perfect the hand balance despite already holding on that position for so long has got to be crazy tough to pull off, moreover. Anyway, that aside, Ginro's little fight plus his imaginations was hilarious to watch! No wonder his tummy would act up and those noises were .. xD. Kohaku embracing Suika though, boy that sure tugged a few heartstrings. Ruri is in good hands with the Kingdom of Science, looking forward to enticing revelations now!

As I've said last time, they're just like downright Ed-Boys from Ed, Edd, n Eddy! WELL.. While I wish that Kinro would've given Magma the 7-Page Muda Beat Down we need for this far inferior knock-off All-Might... I'm glad that Chrome got the victory here. That's what I love about Chrome, if Senku wasn't around he would've probably been the protagonist for sure. xD ...Welp, seems like the tournament is now a complete non-issue. o: ...But these are mere petty little squabbles compared to the battle that still looms ahead of us... ...And that's against Ruri's sickness! ...What, did you think I was talking about Tsukasa's kingdom? o: ...Also RIP first ED. ToT I already miss it.
