Oh dang guys, not only are we HERE at the big tournament, but we even get to follow the girls' story for a bit!!! I feel like our boys team is stronger than ever and our girls have great resolve no matter what! Watching everyone's reaction to how good Karasuno has gotten is just delightful! Good to know, thanks! I know, sometimes it's just nice to be sentimental lol! I know that taunting is frowned upon in most sports but still! How sad that you don't always have Jojo on the brain, that must be tough :) I think they learned a lot here!

The scene with the upperclassmen at the beginning is simple - it’s their last time going through this. Poor Asahi, he just wanted to capture the moment, but the others weren’t having it. 😅 Karasuno’s reputation precedes them, and a lot of what people know of them is just based on word of mouth - this might explain why Aoba Johsai takes the time to go check on their match again, it’s called scouting. It’s a common practice on sports: while the focus is always on your own team you always want to have an idea of what your opponent is good at. Well most of them are scouting anyway… Tanaka and Noya were warned after the first point for celebrating too hard, they were just fired up but it could’ve been misconstrued as taunting the other team. There’s a level of decorum that both sides are expected to maintain during gameplay. I’m not sure if the girls and the guys are playing in the same gym but they’re at least close enough that they can talk to each other. At this point though, everything they worked for is done - whether they did a good job or not. Also no, I got no Polnareff vibes but unlike select other people, I don’t think about JoJo all the time - only when I’m watching it or there’s a suitable meme or reference to apply. This guy with no eyebrows looked way too mean. 😉 The one problem of playing where everyone else Dan see you is, everyone else can see you. Their element of surprise has been revealed as of this moment, so now it’s about who can do what they do better.
