Google Drive Link posted under description!

Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to season 1 episode 10 of Dr. Stone!!! WOW you guys!!!!! After getting started on a huge thing like electricity, we get a major attack on Gen and some great backstory for what's going on with Kohaku and her sister. And after some going back and forth, it seems like Gen is reliable after all!! Last time ramen won the day; this time, it was cola!!!!!! Can't wait for more! Enjoy! ~ MH

Oh nice!

LOL!!! Sorry :P That's the thing, it's interesting to introduce a neutral element, as opposed to everyone doing everything for the power of friendship or something! SCHEMER is the perfect way to put it!!!!!!!! Senku makes one heck of an evil face :P I know, it's not your typical bro character you know? OMG you're right, it's the concept of cola alone that did it! Amazing!

Melissa Moore

Yeah it was a clever reason! Def gave some more thought to it than "they all went to school together"! Tsukasa is smart, so of course he'd understand that in addition to muscle you need some brains/charm/etc. But he was wrong in thinking that Gen wouldn't succumb to the power of science!! XD OOHHHHH that line of dialogue gave me chills, dang!!! That's so true, it would've been a great way to turn him! I see what you mean, the cola thing could be taken as too simple/silly, but I think it represents more about what the world lost and all it has to gain. I can definitely see how that would line up more with his values than Tsukasa's idea of life!!

Yeah, the first season of The Devil is a Part-timer is covering by 2 first volumes of Light Novel. I have read it until about 12th volume, and it is revealed somewhere along the way.

I've been saying food will save us all for ages! I saw the first season or so (I think) of The Devil is a Part Timer so I think I know what you mean! But I can see the correlation! OMG new Gavv this week, yay!

Figures that Tsukasa is building an army. LOL Gen is really thinking ahead! HAHA we all know there were a few folks out there who gave the "marriage" a second thought or two, but yeah, doesn't seem like that'd be allowed :P Oh gotcha, it sounded like him! They're gonna be so surprised about Gen right! I have a feeling that once cola is out there, they won't stop at one bottle! Oh cool, thanks for clarifying about the location!

Melissa Moore

HAHAHA it totally is!! Thank you Manny!!! Didn't that work out really well??? I know, I think about them too! Yeah, he's got a similar attitude to Senku in that he's aligned wherever he needs to be! He def earned the cola!!!

28:18-28:28 Pssh okay Hime your Gen is showing xD lol jk fr what would we do without you. I’m so happy we have another guy on the inside. It’s very reassuring. Seeing all those big burly men in Tsukasa’s group makes me wonder how Taeju and Yuzuriha are doing. :( I’m confident in saying Gen is a real one however more like Senku as long as it benefits him he doesn’t care. In a way that’s definitely more face value genuineness. He’s earned that cola.🥤

As shown by Gen’s flashback, Tsukasa is compiling an army of his own and is employing Gen as a spy to determine if Senku is still a threat. Which means he’s sharp enough to realize muscle alone won’t be enough to achieve his goal. Speaking of Gen, who bothers to put that many packages of fake blood on him just in case he gets “murdered?” Come to think of it, there’s a lot of that going around lately. Magma is clearly a piece of work, he’s not even interested in Ruri, he just wants the “throne”. (Hey we lost all the HBO files but somehow GoT survived.) It seems like Kohaku wasn’t in the Grand Bljt, she just interferes with it, so now it has to be redone because you know… Kohaku can’t marry her sister. Excuse me while I slap that thought bubble off of Ginro. PS: No, that is not Shigechi, I checked. Anyway Magma is boasting about defeating the sorcerer, how’s it going to be taken when he discovers not only did he kill the wrong person, but the person he killed came back from the dead too? At this rate might as well just turn this into Night of the Living Dead, right? Gen is surprisingly shallow, I mean I’m all about cola as a motivation, I feel him on this like you and pizza… however, I think we shouldn’t just stop at one bottle. PS: Tsukasa and Senku are both in Japan, but it’s a pretty big island without transportation, as you can see Gen was able to run back - right now you should work under the assumption nobody is active anywhere else in the world except here. After all to get out of Japan and go somewhere else in the world would need its own scientific application.

Sounds like food will save us all, which make sense! When I read "The Devil is a Part-timer" light novel, it was explained how Satan change from the terrible demon king to the most kind one. Satan explained that he want to study the difference between humankind and demon, but he never truly understand until he get defeated by the hand of the hero and escape to our world. One thing that help him understand the difference, is that human need to eat. As a demon, they can consume mana as their energy source. But when they become human, they need to eat. Which, he will need money in order to purchase food to eat. And that's how the whole human society been established. It's quite a long time that I read that novel that I don't really remember if that's why Satan changed, but Satan never intend to annihilate humankind in the first place. What he seek for is despair and fear, every negative emotion which create demon magic. If they just annihilate human, then there will be no magic source for them. Satan really carefully instruct each of his general to not have mercy for anyone who dare to oppose them, but your mission is to make them surrender. It was quite a strange but also cool idea that food save the day again. Oh hey! We also have Gavv! Will it happen again?

I really like the reason why Gen was awakened. It would have been easy to say they went to the same high school, or that Tsukasa had seen him on TV, but there should be even more respect for Gen from Tsukasa's side when they are both stage performers, though in different ways. And you can't just awaken muscle heads. Tsukasa must have figured that the most shallow man on Earth would be easy to control with the promise of food and pleasures, and the realization of which side can beat you to a pulp. Alas, he underestimated the magic of Science. Gen's switching sides would have been perfect if he had said something like this: There can be no stage without stage lights. And only one side will write books about what happened here, and who the heroes were. the electricity moment really was fascinating and the fact that the "deal" between Senku and Gen was made for cola while on paper could be seen really stupid, in fact is really wholesome and "realistic" I would say, oftentimes in trips far from home the little details like this can make you feel comfortable/at home, and clearly Senku made it clear to Gen (with ramens and cola, and electricty, and his will to get medicine) that Senku's way of life is more akin to his own (he's not a superbadass character like every other that were shown in the scene when he made his report to Tsukasa, so I don't think being overpowered and being a Jojo-body-typed character is his dream in life unlike Tsukasa.

NO, MY SON! ; x; WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO MY EVIL BOY?! >:((((( ...Anyways I think Gen's absolutely fun, and now that here's introduced... NOW IT'S THE DR. STONE I KNOW AND LOVE. He's just a sneaky little liar, yet he's far from slimy about it. If he was far more villainous I wouldn't be much interested in his schemes, but having him be a more neutral party? Now this could be an interesting situation... ...Of course while Chrome and Senku are downright science bros... Senku and Gen are downright SCHEMERS. SCAMMERS. DOWNRIGHT ED-BOYS.... I mean you've seen that evil face Senku makes sometimes... XD ...But that's why I like Gen! It's interesting to see how he choses to try and lie to people. ...Also I want you to note: ...It wasn't even cola that did it. It was *the promise* of Cola! ToT Somebody give him a coke.
