Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to MHA season 7, episode 16!!! OMG!!!! This ep was NOT what I was expecting!!! Like DANG guys, just when it looks like there's no hope, hope comes from the unlikeliest of places!!! I had TOTALLY forgotten about Gentle and LaBrava, and didn't Lady Nagant die?!?!! To see them all back was totally wild!!! And to think of the reasoning....that they were hurt/lost, but someone reached out to them and changed the course of their lives, now they're coming in for a save....it makes me wanna cry!!!!!!!!!!!! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

Thank you so much for the short comment! Ooohhh you're right about the recap ep! I wouldn't be surprised if there was an Iron Man like suit in there!!!!

2024-09-30 14:21:48 +0000 UTCI wanted to leave a short comment because watching this episode seeing the one shot of All Might leaving the command center with the suitcase that looks like the same suitcase that was glowing that he went to go get in 1 of the Recap episodes it makes me wonder if my theory that it was a Ironman suit equivalent All Might was going to use to fight is right.

2024-09-30 03:46:01 +0000 UTCOmg I totally get it now! Gentle was such an MVP for that!! Oooohh good question, where could he be headed....about to watch the new ep now so I guess I'll find out! Oh ok cool, thanks for clearing that up! OMG so cool and well timed that you saw a Nagant cosplayer!! XD

2024-09-16 14:33:55 +0000 UTCaaaaand now you know why I was reminding you about some of the things that I was :D and you finally know that it's thanks to GENTLE that no one escaped from that one prison!! Also, where do you think All Might is going in the end?? His job is in the command central! what would make him leave that?? (just smth to think about) And Nagant has been recovering at the hospital until just now (also, at the convention we were all talking about still having to watch this episode since we were too busy at the convention and it was just funny and perfect timing that someone was there in a Nagant Cosplay xD)

2024-09-11 20:18:35 +0000 UTCOh there was a mishap in my editor program, gonna try to reupload it now! Thanks! LOL they not only got me crying in this one but had me shocked!! I agree with your assessment of where everyone is at right now. And I honestly don't know if Aizawa and Monoma made it or not!!! Hahaha I totally lost it!!! It's such a great demonstration of how you treat the world comes back to affect you later, good or bad - in this case good! I love the message of it never being too late! And the cat!!! LOL!! I mean, these were definitely already more likeable/sympathetic foes! No way about Nagant's VA, dang! That's the thing, the only ones I feel like who aren't swaying whatsoever would be those two. We've got a lot to deal with for sure!!!

2024-09-11 15:45:45 +0000 UTCHi Spadeas! :) Omg you were so right! It really felt like we were doomed right?! Way to bring back the hope! I mean, I know Endeavor's gotten it really wrong in the past, but how can you not respect him fighting with limbs missing!! I can totally see why you screamed, that was such a shock!!! Ohhhhhh I totally forgot about the pink aura!!! Awwwww!! Ohhh ok, I thought she'd died. Thanks for clarifying! I absolutely love that he brought them back!!!

2024-09-11 15:42:36 +0000 UTCI love that there's proof of his methods now! It's so true that there's many layers to someone who's "bad" or a "criminal", which is what all our kids have been seeing.

2024-09-11 15:40:50 +0000 UTCOMG for real, they have no right to start playing it like that!! D': OMG same!!! Like it never occurred to me in a million years!!!!!!!

2024-09-11 15:35:33 +0000 UTCWow!!! That's always great when the anime can enhance a scene! I absolutely love how full circle this all came. Izuku has already made such a huge difference in people's lives!!!

2024-09-11 15:35:05 +0000 UTCSomehow, the anime made this even more impactful the manga! I can't lie, it really got me teary eyed. Our previous antagonists who have had their paths corrupted for one way or another for a reason that was out of their control. The light Izuku spread has come back to shine even brighter for his sake and the greater good of others

2024-09-11 04:43:06 +0000 UTCSomewhere between the 36:00 and 37:00 minute mark of this video you stop - and then there’s four more minutes replaying a lot of your outro so you might want to check that for quality control. :) “Why does this show like to hurt me?” Me: “Because it knows deep down you secretly kind of like getting hit in the feels?” “I’d like to get through one of these episodes without crying.” SYSTEM OVERLOAD: Hack successful! I will start with Toga and Uraraka - what we’re basically seeing here is Toga has given up any sort of hope of having someone understand her, which is ironic because her rival has finally started to understand her. (And if you don’t think Uraraka’s actions are being influenced by a certain someone I don’t know what to tell you.) Dabi at this point is just so hell bent on revenge that there’s no further reasoning with him. It’s all he wants and he will stop at nothing to deliver “Justice” to his captor. Now I do think what this is doing is raising a very interesting question: Endeavor is by far, one of the most polarizing and discussed characters in the show because of his previous actions. Everybody here knows what he did, and how they felt about it initially. Dabi’s actions are asking the audience to look in a mirror and wonder what the right course of recompense is. Yes, he did horrible things and is responsible for this. But is what Dabi is doing something he truly deserves based on everything he’s trying to do? Are you more of a Dabi type or a Shoto type? Neither feeling is wrong, but which one are you? It seems AFO does not trust Shigaraki since he’s senses the Tenko personality, but Hawks has figured that out to stop him. Unfortunately Kurogiri breached the coffin just as I said, and it appears Toga has taken out both Monoma and Aizawa along with Present Mic. Are they still alive or not? Can’t tell, too many Toga Twices. I knew you were gonna lose it, I just knew it. :) :) :) So remember when I said earlier “there are some cards on the table you may have forgotten about?” Now you know what I meant. Basically everything can be summed up in one line: “Everything that has happened up to this point will definitely help you.” Somehow Deku managed to get to Gentle and how he felt initially and that led to the whole sequence of events we saw in the flashback. It’s never too late to remake yourself if you truly want to, but it’s something that requires time and patience. I knew you were gonna live the cat hack though that’s way too up your alley for you not to. Just as Aiyana was a good person being forced to do bad things, the opposite is true. I kinda love that they decided to take the villains that were put in their place by unfortunate circumstances and give them a way to resolve their issues - admit it, these were some of the more likable side foes. It’s just life really kicked them in the wrong spots, but it’s never too late. Oh, and Nagant’s here? That’s super cool! How? (Given that her VA is Anya, Frieren, and Emporio, there was no way she was going out just like that.) You said the characters on this show aren’t black and white, mostly true - except for Midoriya and AFO. Pretty sure those two are not going to change their spots. :P I have no idea what else is going to happen, but we still have a Shigaraki that’s molting to deal with on top of Twice so… see you next week!

2024-09-11 04:33:06 +0000 UTCThere was no stopping once Might U started playing during Gentle’s scene, they can’t just play it without warning like that! 😭 I legit screamed when Gentle, La Brava and especially Nagant showed up. I hoped we’d see them all again but I didn’t think it’d be here!

2024-09-10 20:36:48 +0000 UTCHi Hime :) I said sunday concerning this episode that Love and Kindness will prevail, you see what I was meaning by this, the love between La Brava and Gentle and the kindness Izuku show them and to Lady Nagant make them help him and saving the day. I love too the fact that, last week we all said that it we were doomed, but today we're back on the hope train baby. How many time Horikoshi have been doing it in this arc already, making a situation worse then turning it back, then making it bad and good again ? lol We can hate Endeavor for his flaws and awful way he was in the past, but can we admire the hero, the man he become ? He still fight even with a chunk of his torso missing and without one arm, that something else, he isn't the number one just for show. Now, talking about the important part of this episode, I remember screaming at my monitor back then, when the chapter adapted here was released, Gentle coming back was so surprising, but a very welcome one. And the fact that he is the reason why one of the seven prisons had no escapers makes him even more loveable, and La Brava wouldn't disagree. By the way, you can see a pink aura around him, just a reminder that it is the quirk of La Brava, if she love someone, she can boost him and since they were separated, their love is even stronger now, so Gentle is even more powerful thanks to that. And for Lady Nagant, it is said that she was seriously injured, but not dead, you can see that she is still bandaged and in patient clothes, she shot from the roof of the hospital where she is, because she wanted to help Izuku the way he helped her. I think I've said it before, but one of Horikoshi's strengths is not forgetting his story and his characters, brought back La Brava, Gentle and Nagant is a demonstration of this.

2024-09-10 17:33:23 +0000 UTCThis is what's justifying Izuku's view on redemption and rehabilitation. That people can be saved and do good if there's a seed of good in their heart . This is what motivates our kids like izuku and ochako. Seeing humanity in the bad guys. That there's grey's between "good" and "evil".
