Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to MHA season 7, episode 6!!! WHOA!!!! You guys, I'm so freaking proud of EVERYONE on our side working together this way! Like dang, they really thought of everything, and everyone worked together to create new combos, provide support and backup, and make new/innovative things to help in this battle! Plus we get some old familiar faces back up in here, like Monoma (who is just loving life in this hahaha, love how they used him for Aizawa's quirk), and Shinso (WOW, the way they used him was SO clever)!!!! Dang, there's some big brain stuff going on here! But that ending.....you've gotta be kidding me :O Please tell me that didn't just happen! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

This is an incredible episode. It really makes you smile how happy the kids are to hear that Aoyama is going to help them. I love the plan of making AFO think his plan is going perfectly to lure him into a false sense of security because it’s something that would work against him. The way Shinso is introduced with All Might’s English “come on” is so funny to me. I think it’s so cool that Shinso has been steadily improving his skills/quirk with Aizawa’s help because of his goal of becoming a hero which is lucky honestly with how perfect it is for the plan. I have to agree with Class A Shinso’s new outfit is awesome & I would love to learn his hero name before the show is over. Also I like how the kids are thinking of the risks associated with this plan but it’s amazing to see the heroes accounting for that. I think it’s such great writing to have Monama a character who was serious in his introduction but turned into a pest & comic relief character because of his obsession with being better than class a once again become serious with how important he is to the plan. The stuff with his copy ability only being fit for a sidekick not a hero because his quirk has to rely on others to work during season 5 was really great so I loved how it came back in this episode. Also I really like how everyone gives Aizawa so much credit for his pivotal role last season & it’s sad but I like the emphasis on what he lost in the last battle.

Hahahaha we're never gonna hear the end of this with Monoma!!! Oooh yeah good call about the range. I'm not sure what the plan with Izuku was but I'm scared that we're already sidetracked off the plan! Oooh yeah it was kind of a callback to Bakugo's kidnapping huh! LOL it was giving JJK vibes a bit! I wish I had Creaty for home repair reasons lol! This was the first one that didn't wreck me, yay! I really hope Mirko is okay!!!

2024-06-12 13:52:05 +0000 UTCThings certainly started to heat up in this episode but I also kind of like how they decided to (no pun intended) reveal the building blocks of the plot. Having Shinso use his Brainwashing Quirk didn’t occur to me, precisely as he said - when we last saw it it wasn’t good for mobile targets or their actions. Guess he must’ve really been training to have it evolve as fast as it did. (Great, now I’m thinking of Semblance…) The coffin in the sky is an interesting idea, but you see how much it’s taking on everyone just to keep it afloat. What’s going to happen in the actual fight? I guess time will tell… Speaking of time, Monona is still the same loudmouth he always was - but now he got put in the middle of the action and he’s loving it… you thought he was annoying before yo Class A, if this mission succeeds, there will be no living with him afterwards…. Aizawa did say one thing a bit concerning: while Monoma is touching him, he can extend inside the range of the flowers. You just know that’s coming back somehow. So… they haven’t said yet WHY they needed Deku for yet. Toga her pulling him through with her group… well, that beast seems to be headed in that direction….. Can they adapt in time? When Deku gets pulled into another travel warp than what they were planning and he sees Bakugo as the gate closes - I immediately though it was a reverse of the scene where Bakugo initially gets kidnapped by Shigaraki’s gang for a bit. The hands coming forward looks pretty creepy. This is something he was training a bit with earlier when we saw Spinner freak out . What is this, Jujutsu Kaisen? I’m also thinking, does Creaty do house repair too? That might be useful…. 👀 Hey, I think you got through this episode without too many feels. Guess they cut you a break. Class A better hope they take care of this incident or Monoma’s never gonna let them forget. As for Murki, no body, no death…? That was a lot of blood though… 😬

But we can really appreciate that Horikoshi built his universe patiently, presented us with characters throughout the story and don't forget them, they are all useful at one time or another and bring something to this finale. We often talk about the great ninja war in Naruto, which tends to fall flat when we see that certain characters are so powerful, that he could have won the war alone (hello Madara), but here, we really have the impression that no character is above another, that they are all important to what happens. For that, we can really appreciate Horikoshi's work until the end.
