Patreon Perks Overhaul come July 2025

Come more or less one month from now, July 2025, there will be quite an overhaul with the perks in this platform.

1 - We will stop providing translations of "works in progress" (but will be "available" in another form which will be mentioned a bit later). We are also going to be deleting and cleaning past similar posts, especially posts made a year or more prior to July 2025.

2 - Newer translations here on out will still be freely available to download through MediaFire on our main website - https://tl.skeweds.com/

3 - Anyone can still seek support for our releases through our email - tl.skeweds@gmail.com - we respond there as soon as we are able. But a perk of availing membership in Patreon will have chat support in the platform.

4 - With how successful the current "experiment" for Ameku Takao Suiri Karte (2025) JDrama highly utilizing NekoCap, "streaming" of our translations, upon availability of public streaming video files, would still be linked in our main website - https://tl.skeweds.com/

5 - By July 2025, all newer release posts, and posts that are and will be in Collections, can be bought with the lowest possible amount - 3USD

6 - Because of #5 above, by July 2025, the current Jagged membership, 1USD, will no longer be available sadly. We apologize for that and we thank you for understanding. 🙇‍♂️

7 - By July 2025, the next tier membership will be changed from 4USD to 5USD and will have access to the attachments (mostly the subtitle file(s)) in the release posts. We again apologize for that and we thank you for understanding. 🙇‍♂️

8 - Now, here is probably the biggest change of perks for supporters of our unofficial fan English translations: We are currently setting up a media server with most of our translations we have worked on including content that are not readily available (like the Blu-Ray extras we translated of Chihayafuru Kami no Ku). This media server (powered by Jellyfin) can be accessed in many ways which we can guide you through DMs. Depending on your tier, details for the access of them, which will be discussed below, can be made through DMs.



9 - Newly named [A]rched (5 USD) pledgers will have access to the attachments (mostly the subtitle file(s)) in the release posts and also have general support for our releases. They can also avail the access of the media server with titles currently being worked on (the "work in progress" mentioned in #1) and also translations that are completed for the past 3 months

10 - Newly named [B]ent (13 USD) pledgers will have access to the attachments (mostly the subtitle file(s)) in the release posts and also have general support for our releases. They can also avail access of the media server with titles completed in the last 12 months

11 - Newly named [S]kewed (25 USD) pledgers will have access to the attachments (mostly the subtitle file(s)) in the release posts and also have general support for our releases. They can also avail access of the media server containing most (if not all) of our releases and can request past titles we created, even the hardsubs we stopped distributing publicly

12 - The new media server access perk can only host titles we have worked on making unofficial fan English translations

13 - All the current membership tiers will be deleted and changed as mentioned above by July 2025

14 - Because of the changes above, the cost of Collections will also be changed come July 2025. The ones who acquired the Collections can avail 3 months access to the title of the Collection they acquired

15 - Even though the media server is still a work in progress as of this post, we can give you trial access of the newly named [S]kewed tier for 3 hours, only if you're currently a pledger or have bought a Collection. This offer is only open before July 2025. Kindly DM us in case you want trial access.
