Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to season 4, episode 1 of Demon Slayer! Wow you guys, our friends are really gearing up here!!! I'm so down for all the prepping/training/character building! What exactly is going on with Giyu? Looks like we'll find out next ep! Also the reunion with Nezuko and Zenitsu was SO good hahaha!!! Not to mention that we've got Tengen back helping with the training! And we're even pulling in Tamayo now?! Dang! Can't wait for more, it's good to be back! Enjoy! ~ MH

Oh that's interesting! I guess maybe some people count the movie as its own season? Everywhere I'm looking says four. Ohhhh yeah I knew Bakugo was somewhere on this show! HAHAHAHAHA nooooo how are he, Panda and Pucci all the same person?! Whaaaat!! Yeah there is quite a gap in skill, probably a good idea to address that. I love that they're being proactive too! AWWWWWW I didn't even notice the cloud, omg! Yeah Mitsuri's just a loving gal! Lol I don't know if there's deeper meaning to the Tanjiro type thing or not, but it is cute! LOL Inosuke is totally powerful enough to be a verb!!! Poor Zenitsu!!! Stuff like that happens to him a lot, huh? Yeah I assumed he was just maybe really old but not immortal, but I know he has some sort of disease too, I wouldn't be surprised if it had to do with Kibutsuji. HAHAHAHA is Tengen gonna Sarge out?! Probably :P Yeah good call, I'm not sure how much we'll get about the actual demons here. LOL yeah that snack is never making it to me!

I'm so glad we're all reuniting too! The Inosuke stuff was amazing haha! Love that Tengen is back and can't wait to see the Giyu back story! For real, I do remember what a big deal that was when Nezuko rolled up to the mansion.....I remember being quite mad about her reception :P So this is a huge step for sure!

That dude is the bakugou of Demon Slayer. 💨🐍 Loved and missed the trio. And Nezuko talked! Alright the VA has some work ahead of her now. Inosuke! Inosuke! Inosuke! Inosuke! 🎴 ⚡️ 🐗 Exciting stuff. I’m excited to get more hashira stuff! It was great to see Tengen back. I’m grateful to see him again. I’m looking forward to seeing whatever is going on with Giyu. 💎 💧 Big step to invite a demon to the mansion. Remember when Tanjiro and Nezuko first arrived? Man can’t wait. It was a nice catch up episode. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

2024-05-16 12:21:00 +0000 UTCMost of the listings I’m using are referring to this as Season 5 (the question mark is if Mugen Train and Entertainment District are separate seasons or the same) - but I digress. Anyway, I get what you’re saying about Shinazugawa (the Wind Hashira), and he’s definitely got some similar personality traits to Bakugo, but if you recall - Bakugo’s VA is actually voicing Genya. So I guess it’s all relative. As for his VA, would you believe me if I said it’s the one for Panda and Father Pucci? Cause it is… 👀 Anyway! The demon thwart at the start pretty much revealed the severe gap in skill level between the Hashira and the Corps members, so that was probably part of the inspiration for this training session. One thing I’m actually happy about is that the protagonists aren’t just sitting around waiting for the villains to get the plot rolling - they’re aware of the target on their back. Also Nezuko looked sad because she was getting sunlight and then a cloud covered it. By the way Mitsuri is the Love Hashira, so she reacts that way to just about everyone. I’m not sure if they’re trying to tell us anything here or if it’s just a running gag but Tanjiro trying to eat like Mitsuri and then her acting like a Tanjiro type… hmm, probably should keep my eye on that, but it IS pretty funny. Speaking of excitables, poor Zenitsu just wanted someone to miss him - and all the girls are like, nah we wouldn’t fret over your death. Then to get Inosuke’d like that (he’s so powerful he’s going to be a verb now!) - no wonder Genya wants his own room! Kagaya is in really bad shape but they’ve never told us what exactly it is he is suffering from - but I do wonder if his illness is related to Kibutsuji somehow. Oh, Tengen running drills? Zenitsu does have a right to be upset… this is going to only get worse before it gets better. Just be glad Sarge isn’t helping. XD If this is a shorter arc I wonder how much we’ll deal with the actual demon plot or if this is just a bridge to the next big scene. Guess we’ll find out. Now, about your flexibility training… PS: your dog is probably the last one you want to fetch you a snack, because you know what will happen to the snack. It will cede ownership. :P
