Red vs. Blue: Restoration - reaction & review

Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to the highly anticipated finale of Red vs. Blue!!!!! DANG!!!! I knew there was gonna be some drama, but a lot of this really took me by surprise!!!! I'm still in shock over certain losses that we suffered here :'( But dang, they really outdid themselves on the classic comedy, the plot twists, the action, etc. And I feel like everyone got closure to their characters too. Some highlights were the final battle and the amazing appearances they pulled out, the twist at the end, and getting to see our favorite couple actually kinda ride off into the sunset.....like dang!!! They got me good on this one. I'm gonna miss Red vs. Blue :(((( Enjoy! ~ MH

2024-06-28 22:33:38 +0000 UTCOh no kidding! That's awesome! That's an interesting alternate ending, honestly I could totally see that. I really hope Sister didn't die but yeah, I can see how it's a bit more lonely this way. I know, poor Doc!!!! :(

2024-06-05 13:24:33 +0000 UTCThe song that plays over the Radio is I say Oooh from Rooster Teeth, it appeared in one of their shorts which got burnt into my head of the crew fawning over and hanging out with a cardboard cut out of Gus (Simmons' voice actor), it then shows Gus is doing the same with cut outs of the main crew. What's especially funny is Geoff (Grif's voice actor) seems to get the closest to the Gus cutout. Grif has always been my favorite character and this ending hit me right in the heartstrings killing off two of my favorite characters and cutting off two of my others. I think a better ending would be Grif, Simmons and Caboose leaving the canyon a new found family Simmons at the lead. Grif leaving is covered in previous seasons and it shows he needs the others and vice versa, so I think having him leave in the end just doesn't make sense. I love the ending we got but Simmons is now a leader of nothing in the middle of nowhere, Caboose only has one person he can rely on and Grif might not have anything considering Sister might have died in the intro... I also wish Simmons, Grif and Caboose were more proactive in the final battle, Donut actually participated and despite me liking the Doc twist, Doc being one of my favorites I can't but help and yearn for a universe where he lived.
