I loved taking this stroll down memory lane, complete with the old themes and everything! Our Izuku has come so far! I love the emphasis on all he stands for and what One For All really means. I'd say this was a good refresh of some key moments for our best boy! Hope you enjoyed it too! ~ MH

I agree! Wasn't it interesting to see scenes like that in a new light? OMG you're so right about the connection between the speech and the Muscular fight!!! Good call!!! I love that they included the OPs/EDs here!!! Thank you so much for all your kindness and support!!!! It means a lot!!!!

2024-05-06 15:04:42 +0000 UTCAfter six seasons I think these recap episodes are a great & useful thing especially if you need some reminders. Also it’s just fun/cool to get what are episodes of MHA’s greatest hits at least some of them. There were some things this episode made me think about. The whole scene with Izuku & Shigaraki at the mall made me once again think about what an incredible journey/development these two characters have been through since the start of the show especially because in a lot of ways those journeys have been in parallel with their similarities & differences. Also had me thinking of Shigaraki’s dark backstory because it was the first hint we got about it. And then I had a really cool thought when the episode was going through the Muscular fight that there is great connection between this & the end of season seven. You know how a big thing at the end of S7 was how even heroes need support in the hard times with what Deku went through & Uraraka’s big speech well that idea was present all the way back then with how Izuku was able to beat Muscular because of Kota distracting him. I agree having the first opening & ending was a great touch it made me happy. Awesome reaction & thoughts. Keep up the great work. :-) <3

2024-04-29 14:55:32 +0000 UTCDon’t think I really need the recap cause so much is ingrained in my brain from reactions but it’s still neat. What I don’t appreciate is that they made me cry over Deku & Kota again. I’m glad that’s the one scene where they kept the original music though.
